These classes are built to help you get stronger, move better, and feel confident - no matter your starting point.  Every workout combines strength training, functional movement, core stability, and conditioning tailored to your pace.  You'll be challenged, encouraged, and supported - surrounded by women (and men) who show up for themselves and for each other. 

Best for: Anyone who wants a consistent weekly workout routine with positive support.

*This class takes place at the Moon Township Schoolhouse Activity Center
