Train with 2–4 people who share similar fitness goals and love the motivation of working out together. Each group follows a personalized program based on shared goals while benefiting from the energy and accountability of training as a team.

Strength Fusion Class

A total-body strength and conditioning class blending functional training, mobility, and endurance. Designed for all fitness levels, this class helps you build strength and confidence in a fun community environment.

Our youth and athlete sessions focus on building proper movement patterns, functional strength, and power that translate directly to sports performance. Every workout emphasizes form, mobility, and coordination so athletes can perform at their best and stay injury-free.

Train anywhere with the Everfit App. You’ll receive a personalized plan built around your goals, equipment, and schedule—complete with video demos, progress tracking, and weekly accountability check-ins.
