Meet Melitta

  • Former Division 1 Athlete (2006-2010)

  • 2008 Canadian Olympic Trial Competitor

  • 10+ Years College Track Coach ( Div. I & III)

  • RMU Athletics Hall of Fame Inductee (2018)

  • Now a personal trainer, wife, and mom of four.

 

I've lived the athlete life - the discipline, the training, the setback and comeback cycles, and the work required to grow.  And I've lived real life - the busy seasons, the limited time, and the challenge of choosing yourself when life is full.

Because of this, I coach both athletes and everyday women and men with the same intentional movement-first approach that builds strength that translates.

For athletes, this means training to improve:

  • Strength and power

  • Speed and acceleration mechanics

  • Balance, control, and coordination

  • Confidence and performance

For everyday women and men, this means training to support:

  • Energy through your day

  • Strength in daily movement

  • Confidence in your body

  • Consistency that lasts 

Whether you're stepping in to training for the first time, returning to fitness, or preparing to elevate your performance - I'll meet you where you are and help you move forward with purpose.

We train for strength that transfers into everyday life - and into sports.
